  1. Chocolate Slivers
  2. Chopped Almonds
  3. Coconut Flakes
  4. FRUIT: Apple Chunks; 1/2 Banana Cut in Chunks; 1/2 Cantaloupe; Cherries; Grapes - Sliced in Half; 2 Orange Slices; Strawberry Slices
  5. Fruit Jam (1 tbs. of your favorite flavor)
  6. Lettuce Leaves
  7. Vanilla Ice Cream
  8. Whip Cream

      Carefully remove fruit from cantaloupe half. Save six wedges; cut the rest in cubes. Add chopped/sliced fruit to cantaloupe shell, including cantaloupe cubes. Mix in jam. Shell should not be more than 2/3 filled with fruit.
      Place lettuce leaves on a plate and center the cantaloupe shell on them. Decorate with halved orange slices on the lettuce around the shell. Sprinkle with coconut, almonds and chocolate slivers.
      Add ice cream on top of fruit in shell. Cover with whip cream (should be mounded). Place cantaloupe slices on top of whip cream - in a star pattern with peaks at top. Add a cherry on top. Sprinkle with coconut, almonds and chocolate slivers. Serve immediately.
