1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour 3/4 tbs. Baking Powder
1/2 cup Cold Soda Water 3 tbs. Cornstarch
1-1/2 cup Sliced Apples Oil (enough to cover apples)

      1. Cut apples into 1/4" slices. Prepare batter. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the cold soda water and stir until the batter is neither too thick nor too thin. Add more soda water if too thin. The soda water will make the batter crispy when fried.
Add apple slices to the batter, coating them thoroughly. Place apple slices in a skillet with hot oil. Deep fry until cooked. Be careful not to overcook them. NOTE: Recommend that you use Avocado oil.
Remove from the oil and let stand until bubbling subsides. Immediately serve hot with Vanilla icecream. You can sprinkle powdered sugar on top, if desired.
