Egg Drop Soup

INGREDIENTS (According to Your Taste):
Black Pepper Chopped Scallions
Cubed Chicken Breast 1 Egg
Mushroom Seasoning Potato Starch
Salt Sugar


      Bring water to a shallow boil and add chicken, mushroom seasoning, salt and sugar. Reduce and cook until chicken is tender. Add scallions. In a separate small bowl, mix potato starch to a small amount of lukewarm water; eliminate all lumps. Slowly add starch mixture to thicken the broth.
      Beat egg in a separate bowl. Slowly dribble egg mixture into the soup. After a few minutes, the egg will be sufficiently cooked. Serve hot.
