Ground Beef (extra lean) Olive Oil (few drops)
Parmesan Cheese Salt
Spaghetti Noodles  
SAUCE INGREDIENTS: (Add to Your Taste)
1/2 can of Sliced Black Olives 1 can of Tomato Sauce
Basil Bay Leaf
Black Pepper Cheddar Cheese (grated)
Chopped Garlic (fresh) Chopped Parsley
Chopped Scallion Dill Weed
Lemon Juice (few drops) Mozzarella Cheese (grated)
Oregano Tabasco Sauce (few drops)
Option: Add sliced mushrooms, sautéed in butter


      Fill pot 2/3 full of water and turn to medium heat. Add small amount of olive oil and salt. (Oil prevents noodles from sticking.) Cook until soft and drain in lukewarm water. Set aside.
      Prepare sauce in a separate pot at medium heat while noodles are cooking. Add ground beef and stir until well cooked. Add all sauce ingredients except cheese. After a minute, add cheddar and mozzarella cheese and reduce to low heat. Cover pot and let simmer for 10-15 minutes.
      Remove bay leaf from sauce. Ladle sauce on top of noodles and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Serve hot.
