Story Synopsis:
In this thriller an adroit murderer so stymies the corpulent sleuth that Nero Wolfe pulls a tantrum and swears off beer and meat until he can unmask the culprit. He likewise resorts to meeting clients outside of his home in a desperate attempt at flushing out his quarry. Even the genius of detection claims that all the crimes were brilliantly executed. This will keep you guessing.
